Kyle Burkett
Managing Principal
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kyle brings a wealth of expertise spanning multifamily, senior housing, self-storage, retail, and short-term rental investments across the country. He holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and the CAPS designation, and has served as a senior leader at Nicol Investment Company, Greystar, and Pegasus Residential. A board member of The Gulch Nashville, Kyle is deeply connected to the national real estate community. He also advises property owners and managers on specialized insurance and risk management products that generate meaningful revenue back to their operations — a unique value-add that sets Burkett Investments apart.
Trey Burkett
Principal
Trey is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and University of Minnesota graduate with a background in finance, operations, and strategic project management. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to real estate investing, combining rigorous process management with a sharp eye for market opportunity. Beyond deal strategy, Trey oversees the firm's back office operations and technology infrastructure — ensuring Burkett Investments runs efficiently, securely, and at scale.
